We may use account details such as your name, mobile number, email address, order information, merchant business details, and documents submitted for verification. We also receive technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

• Create and secure customer and merchant accounts.
• Send OTPs, order updates, service messages, and support responses.
• Process orders and provide catalog, inventory, and onboarding features.
• Detect abuse, protect accounts, and improve reliability.

We use access controls, secure sessions, encryption or tokenization where appropriate, and limited internal access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your OTP and account devices.

Every invoice issued through GramKick carries a unique 18-character invoice number, for example GKK7QM2X2526000042. It is built from four parts, joined together with no separators:

• Characters 1–2GK

  Platform prefix

  Fixed for every invoice. It marks the invoice as GramKick's.

• Characters 3–8K7QM2X

  Store code

  6 characters, generated once per store and unique across all stores.

• Characters 9–122526

  Financial year

  FY 2025-26, so April 2025 to March 2026.

• Characters 13–18000042

  Sequence

  This store's own counter. This is the 42nd bill in that year, padded to 6 digits.

The store code is unique to each store and the sequence is counted per store and financial year, so no two invoices on GramKick can share a number and each store's invoices stay in an unbroken order. Counter (in-store) bills and delivered online orders from the same store share one counter, so a store's invoices run in a single unbroken series whether the sale was in the shop or online. Dealer invoices start with GD instead of GK. Invoices issued before this format was introduced keep their original numbers (for example INV-000123).
